Motivation

Soooo....I haven't lost any more weight. I go up and down 5lbs all the time. I don't have that drive that helped me lose the weight that I have lost, and I miss it!!! How do I get that back!?!? Every time I have lost weight my body and brain stop at this point, the weight I am at right now. With out that motivation that got me this far I give up too easily. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE..any advice?!

Move to Vegas and live next door to me. I will kick your butt! Seriously, have you tried working out with a partner? Someone who can really push you? That always works for me.

Every time I exercise I put a quarter in my exercise jar. When I exercise five days in a row I put a dollar in on the fifth day. It motivates me because that is my money to spend how ever I want. :)

I wish I could give you some good advice, but this is something I think about all the time. Don't forget about all the progress you've made though. Be proud of that!

Cate is as adorable as ever..its fun looking at ur blog every now and then since we dont see eachother as often now since were in IN but tell the fam hi and maybe we'll see ya around labor day???
